Suggestions for Cultus VXR

Suggestions for Cultus VXR

I have recently bought Cultus VXR-i. I need advise and suggestions on the following.

1. The stock tyres are Genral XP 155. Should I go for Yokohma 175? What about rims? Should I change them also?

2. I have driven it for only 155 KMs. The suzuki people say that I should not worry about running. The new Cultus have already completed its running in factory. But my friends suggest that I should drive it on petrol with no A/C for 1000 kms. Who should I listen to Suzuki or friends?

3. I still am not comfortable with RPM. What is the best range for 1st to 5th gear? When should one engage fifth gear?

4. What is the consumption rate of Cultus. My last figures are 120 Km for Rs 250 CNG?

5. Any other useful suggestions.

I will give u a million dollar suggestion...................... SELL IT AND BUY A VITZ.
But if u want to keep it at all costs, then here are the answers.
1. You should change both rims and tyres immediately. the stock tyres are rubbish, but the rims can fetch u good money as i ve seen ppl looking for them and not able to find them.....atleast thts the case in pesh.
2. You should listen to Suzuki as they have made the car. If anything goes wrong, u ll go to them for servicing not ur frnds.
3. I keep RPM between 2 and 3 (thts for a civic), try it. If u arent comfortable with RPM, dont look at it. Drive as if theres no RPM.
4. 120 km with AC or without AC?? A good CNG workshop can help you with the mileage. They can also tell u the best possible mileage. Em not sure abt the efi cultus.
