Suggestions regarding the ways of enhancing fuel average of civic 2013

I am looking for suggestions on how to improve the fuel efficiency of my 2013 Honda Civic [Rebirth], as it is currently only giving me 4-5 km/liter even when driven with a light foot.
I have already had the catalytic converter and EGR serviced, as well as changed the spark plugs and filters. Any further suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Is thermostat value installed? Idle RPMs? Fans auto? R18 runs very fast but not at optimum temperature. Once u will check them, then pay attention on other losses i.e, tyre size, jamming brakes, air fiter needs to be genuine. After this check the fuel trims and injector duty cycles which will reading from O2 sensors, MAF values. You should also check the leaky injectors.
