Suzuki Margalla Pick+Mileage On CNG

I bought 96 margalla 4 months ago in excellent condition ( 65,000km only). It has BRC kit with 2 small cylinders used in KIA. Normally it takes 270-280rs to fill the tanks. My problem is that I am not satisfied with its pick as well as mileage. The max distance I covered in full tank was 125 km in local w/o A.C and I never crossed 100 even on full accelerator ( 120 max on motorway with 150 km distance). I tuned it from different places but no change. The last tuning showed better results and I reached 120km/hr in local. Pick is more better but I think it's now consuming more gas specially with A.C. I think I will not get more than 80 km in one cylinder with A.C. Can anyone having Margalla tell me about it's pick and mileage on Cng. I also need information about best cng tuning workshop and best filling station in Peshawar. Need help to improve its pick and mileage. Thanks in advance for your help.

well margalla performs very well on Cng ,,, the problem is not the kit (most probably) . but get the timings checked, as they have to be a bit advanved to run better on CNG. Get a proper ventury and check for air leakages.
Use proper spark plugs adjusted at less gap than on stock.
