System for XLI..

Hi All,
Bought an XLI-06 yesterday. I need to put in a sound system in that as its original alpine is out of order and there are some chinese or local type 6x9s installed at the usual space i.e. on the board in the rear after cutting the metalic sheet under the board (I hope u got my pont). So nothing existing can be used.
I am not looking for loud boom boom, all I need is a refined and decent sound. Should be able to play MP3s. Something used may also be considered provided it is in good condition. Budget 10-12 K.
Suggestions please.

Buy a Pioneer Pre 5800 or 5850 good MP3 player used may cost you around 7 or 8k in excellent condition and for speakers buy Kenwod 718 new for 4100 or 4200. Best Sound Quality in your buget...
