Tappets jam issue

i own an alto vxr 06 model...my question is that whenever i get my tappets adjusted the tappets get jam after 1000km or so why is this?n jub tappet jam ho jatay hein tub subah ahsani say start nai hoti car...when tappets r adjusted the car starts in a quater self gas par subah its as good as starting it on petrol! so any idea why my tappets jam so quickly?

get valve clearance adjusted from some good mechanic preferably from 'zuki workshop, reason being they set it as per cold/hot prescribed settings.

make sure ur air filter element is clean, neccessary for good engine breathing and use appropriate gears as per ur speed.
