Temperature guage Issue

My changan oshan X7 is only 13000km driven
The issue iam facing is temperature guage issue
Normally car temperature guage is 4 cell by default but my car sometimes shows 5 cell and then return to normal after seconds o r a minute
I took the car to changan yazdani they said there is no issue if if becomes normal in a minute
But still my question is why 1 cell goes up sometimes. Is it faulty temperature sensor o r somthing else??
Please guide me accordingly
