The Engine Misfired, What Could It Be?
I have a 97 Chevy silverado 5.7 motor. Has a misfire when cold started not as noticeable when warmed up. Shows 5 cylinder misfire and o2 sensor heater circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 1 on codes. Have replaced plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Any ideas what would be the problem? Would the o2 sensor cause this?

Rehan - on 28 Aug 2010 11:12:36 amcheck plug cables and lugs itself. if they are fine then it can be the distributor (if any)
