The Perfect Shift ?????

Hey All,
I just wanted to ask aal ov u that now a days ive been hearin qute a lot about the perfect shift in games and in movies i want to know that do they exist in the real life or no and if they do how do they differ from ordinary shifts???

the second thing i want to ask u iz about drafting
now i know that it exisits but on how much distance u should be from the other car so that u can share the air and does it really have that sling shot effect as shown in the movies ???
