Ticking sound from front

This is about ticking sound from my Cuore CX (7000 km driven)

My car produces 'tick' sound when I brake especially reversing. Apprently, sound comes from the right front wheel or can be detached.

Any clue?

same sound sometimes come into my cx course also eco ... when the car in slow motion, like only 20 or 10 speed type of dhak sound right .. My course is new. so I do not think a question of Excel and other things
