ITs A GSM/GPRS car alarm system.And comes with an extra remote controll.This system works on the sim which buyer has to install in it,which explains all the sms and call thingy.This also calls 3 phone numbers at time of tempering of the vehicle.And has all the specifications that you Told in your post.Excluding many others.And is worth 5800 ONLY!
