Toyota Aqua Check Hybrid Battery health

Hi all friends
My Toyota Aqua 2015 is imported from Japan. Currently I am facing an issue with my car. My car was previously giving the mileage around 21 - 23 km/l on HiOtance RON 97 and now its mileage is decreased to 18 to 19 km/L same fuel.
I used the injector cleaner Liquimoli, Engine Oil Liquimoli 0W20, toyota Genuine Air filter, Toyota Genuine Oil Filter, Toyota Genuine AC Air Filter, Tyre pressure 30, Tire size 185/65/15 changed recently after consulting form fellows and experienced persons. The mileage is still poor even doing all these things.
To check the hybrid battery health I purchased an OBDII device and Torque Pro app after a research on internet.
It is very strange that the torque pro app dashboard gives values which are changing frequently to unexpected values.

I will suggest you to take help of some expert for battery check up..some cells may be weak..you can also check if hybrid battery fan is clean o r not..
