Toyota Aqua Dashboard vibration

Hi members
I own a Toyota Aqua 2013 model. I am facing a problem in my car. The speedometer and dashboard start vibrating and making noise when I drive the car on rough roads. I went to mechanic and got the issue fixed but the vibrations is still there. Kindly tell me how can I fix this issue?
