Toyota Aqua Hybrid battery s from 7 bars to 2 bars in 5 mins..What could be the issue?

I want to get information about the battery performance of my Toyota Aqua. Please tell me if the battery is fully charged and has 7 bars then how long it will work to drive the car on EV mode? If the battery s from 7 bars to 2 bars within 4-5 minutes then is it needs the battery fan to be cleaned? o r are the battery cells weak? o r have to change the battery? How much will it cost if I have to change the battery cells o r the whole battery? Kindly give your suggestions and opinions to fix this battery performance issue I am facing in my car. Also, tell me why it happens. What could be the actual issue? Thanks.

Assalam o Alicom,
Its normal. My Aqua battery full charge does drain in less than 3 mins while driving,
Im getting avg around 23-26kmpl.

Please its dangerous if you are distracted by the Battery kmpl and Cluster Meter, Therefore I always keep displaying Temp on a cluster instead of Mileage.
