Toyota aqua hybrid engine oil recommendation

Hi everyone
I have purchased a Toyota aqua 2014 s package unregistered in Karachi. The condition of the car is very good. I have fixed the new Dunlop tyres and also a full petrol tank and a Panasonic DVD player as well. Now I want to change the engine oil of my car and unable to decide which one is best? Recommended is 0w20 o r 5w20 but someone suggested me to go for 5w30 but now I am confused that should I got for fully synthetic o r not and which brands oil i should buy + dont know anything about oil filter. Please help me which engine oil should I use. My car is already 90,000 kms driven also recommend me should I change cvt oil o r Not? Is there any way to check its level? Thanks
