Toyota Aqua Millage issue

I own a 2014 model Toyota Aqua. The mileage of my car is 32000km and its fuel average was 20-21 KM/L till 15th May 2017 since I purchased it a few months back.
But the issue is that my car fuel average is ped and its fuel average is 14-15km/l. I have not changed anything till now. Please can anyone tell my why it happened? Kindly suggest me a good mechanic in Rawalpindi/Islamabad who has good technical knowledge of hybrid cars.

It is time to change your Engine Oil and Engine Oil Filter. You should also be considering cleaning the interior around the battery bank.You need to maintain your tire pressure around 30psi .
