Toyota Aqua not starting - no dashboard lights on switching on

Hi all members
I own a Toyota Aqua 2014. The issue I am facing is that when I switch on the car no lights appear o dashboard. The dashboard is only showing the engine lights. But the car is unable to start. There is no engine ignition o r anything. I have driven the car in the heavy rain yesterday and car was working fine. I am also facing the locking and unlocking issue via remote. Sometimes locking and unlocking through remote is not working. Your expert opinion will be helpful for me. Please anyone help me and guide me to fix this issue.
