Toyota Aqua OBD2 ECU not responding issue

AOA all members
I own a 2015 model Toyota Aqua. I want to connect my car to my phone using Andriod Application CarScanner, EOBDFacile. Currently, it is connected via Bluetooth OBD2 device. The issue is that the ECU is not working when I connect the car with device OBD2. Please help me tell me what should I do. Thanks.

IMO, I think the issue is not with your smartphone o r the software / Apps you are using. The issue seems to be in the OBDII / ELM327 device, which you are using to connect with your car.

Trying changing it, and using the device which is branded, and from some reputed company.
