Toyota Aqua rear tyre break issue

I have a Toyota Aqua. I am facing an issue with my car. The rear tyre jams when I pull the break skids/slips. All other tyers are fine and working properly on regular break pressure. It is also creating sounds. I have driven the car in the heavy rain and muddy road and till now has not washed. Is this a serious issue and should I be worried about it? o r is this only due do mud stuck in the tyres and brakes that will be solved after washing it.

I would suggest you get it looked at by a good mechanic because breaks are the most important part of the car and you should not be playing with them if you dont know because you will be putting your life plus everyone that goes into that car. so please get it checked from a good mechanic.
