Toyota Aqua tyre sidewall bulge

I have an issue with a tyre side bulge in my Toyota Aqua. The issue is on the front driver-side wheel. Do I have to do wheel alignment after changing the tyres? o r should I change the Tyre? If I need to change the Tyre should I change only the single tyre o r all 4 of them?

It is toasted better to throw it away because it would be very unsafe to drive with it.
