Toyota belta 1300cc

Hi please inform me about Toyota Belta 2006 model 1.3 G. I purchased this car a few weeks ago. I have some questions
When should I change the transmission oil and what’s the correct way of doing so? , as I have read different opinions by different members.. the mileage is around 37500km.
The sound of the engine is a bit louder. Should I do something for transmission? The mileage is around 11 km in town which i think is bit lower than recommended. I have also changed the air filter and the spark plugs are also new.
Please give me your suggestions.

clean air filter,oil filter, throttle body, check spark plugs, if not vvti then do tappet adjustment, check catalytic exhaust, clean ivac,maf,O2 sensors, check any ecu error, check tyre pressure
