Toyota camry price check plzz

I have checked a Toyota Camry and I want to buy it from a guy., He demands 37.50 but I offered him 36 but he is not at this price. Kindly tell me what should the price of car. The details for the car are mentioned below.

black colour

full option sunroof cruise control leather electric seats except the navigation screen
a small scratch on left back door not visible from far bt can say it a pencil scratch
rest the car z bumper to bumper genuine.
