Toyota Corolla Auto 1.3 GLI 2016 Not Shifting To 4th Gear

Dear members,
Please suggest to me what to do with Toyota Corolla 1.3 GLi Automatic, which does not shift to 4th gear.
I have not noticed any slippage o r strange noises during driving and the gears are shifting smoothly from 1-3.
How can I know why it is not shifted to 4th gear? I drove the car to 120 km/h and I shifted the gear between 3rd and there was no rpm change and rpm and the rpm is 4k, when I drive my car at the speed of 120 km/h.
The reverse gear is good and works fine.
When I bought this car, it was driven at 72k km.
I changed the transmission oil soon after buying this car.
I am looking for any suggestions from anyone as someone may have faced such a similar problem and got it resolved.
Or if you know any good transmission mechanic, please help me.

in the trunk o r engine bay, there is a vehicle id plate of aluminum that look for the transmission trans/axle code over it. use google to check which gear oil is recommended for that.
