Toyota Corolla Engine Guide need?

Recently, heavy rain in Lahore caused my 2019 Toyota Corolla to suck water into the engine. After attempts to revive it, the engine now makes a troubling noise. Mechanics advise replacing the engine head assembly, but Im unsure. Should I go for a second-hand engine o r a costly repair? Advice appreciated.

Hydrolock can cause damage to valves and rods. I dont recommend replacing the entire engine. Instead, consider having it repaired by a skilled mechanic.

Swapping an engine is high risk. nobody knows the history of engine plus your call will devalue after engine number endorsement in regn book. without endorsement of new engine number vehicle may land in impound under snap check. use your money wisely, please

engine can be repaired at most economical price. swap is risky
