Toyota GLI 2004 RPM Issue

I just cleaned the throttle body of my 2004 GLI. Now, when the AC is off, the idle RPM is around 1100. Is that normal, o r do I need to do something to fix it?

Uh, so like, if youre having some issues with your car, try this: take off the car battery for a little while, like a few minutes. Then put it back on. Just hoping you didnt mess with that throttle thingy. The RPM, you know, the engine speed, is controlled by that computer brain in the car ECU. It should go back to normal after youve driven it for like 50 o r 60 kilometers.
