Toyota premio 2013 fuel consumption

Hello all members
I have recently purchased Toyota Premio 2013 1500cc.
The fuel consumption readings shown on odometer, I get confused very much.
For reference, i am attaching images of odometer, when ever I fill the petrol tank the average got below and starts from 3 ~ 4 km/l.
I can not understand this thing.
Can anyone please explain me about that.

it is showing different options i.e total km which car can done in left fuel 472km and average 8.5km and 13km/h is 13 km per hour
