Toyota Prius 2nd Gen Error Code Description Required

Hello,
I scan my Prius 2nd gen and I found some error codes in the car. Please there is anyone, who can explain the issues and they can tell me the errors, which can be dangerous and need to solve them? There are some of the common error codes:
• B1421
• B1400
• C2300
• C2318
• C1256
• C1300

B1421: This code is ignorable. It was an engineering mistake. Thats what Ive heard.

B1400: This code is due to faulty spark plugs.

Rest I dont know. Hope this helps
