If you are planning on getting Trakker installed in your car, be careful ... They are nothing but bandits.

In 2005, I made about 50k Trakker equipment and pay annual fees of 10k to monitor. This year we decided to stop working as I felt I did not need it.

Trakker I called to see if I can instead opt for a cheaper plan and they told me the apartment that they are saved in the plan, you can not downgrade. The only solution was for me to take it out or keep paying the annual fee 10k.

So if I do not want to use it, he decided to remove the device from my car. Now, when removed, tell me that their machine is and is not likely to me. I can not even sell it to someone else and if I ever need to reinstall the Trakker, then I'll have to buy it again ... meaning 50k to pay again.

WTF is wrong with these people? I know what is wrong with them, but why would anyone do business with them? They have the worst possible customer service principles, and their sole purpose is to milk customers.

Really worries me to think of such companies for further action under the guise of service here. Buyer beware ... to stay as far away as the Trakker is possible ...

You shouldnt had informed abt discontinuing to them. I stopped using trakker last year and also stopped giving them payments. The device is still in my car and i dont bother much abt it cause whenever I called them they were like your car needs trakker maintainance, the device cannot be detected so thats why i stopped paying them. Whats the use of trakker if it cant track a car ?
