Transmission fluid specified for Prosmatec

can any body mention which automatic transmiion fluid is recommended by the manufacturer....

the car is Honda civic Exi 2002 Prosmatec.. and i have to change the transmission fluid...

also need to know if there is a filter in the transmission which also needs changing... ???price idea..

will appreciate response by honda owners

As per manual of my HOnda City 2001(Automatic), "Genuine Honda ATF Premium" or an equivalent DEXRON (R) II or III ATF only is recommended.

I guess there is not much difference in Automatic versus Prosmetic except for a flashy name and lesser jerk in gear change.
