Turbo for h22

i wanna get my h22 turbo charged...plz pro's help me...which turbo shud i use...can i run turbo on stock internal.???

Not sure but i guess h22 internals r pretty strong to handle a small turbo at low boost lets say 5 to 6 psi on stock internals but experts might explain it better my guess a cT9 turbo running 6 psi i'll leave the rest to experts
