i am a bit confused about this turbo thing.
is it the sound of turbo when while shifting gears? its like sheeeewwwwwwwww or sumthing like shinggggghhhh...

am really confused about this...

and is there a turbo available for a honda city 98..?

Turbo's Are Not For Any Cars...Its For Engines
Depends What You Need....You Can Fit Them On Any Engines....Since Keeping In Mind That Turbos Engines Have Different Internals Requirement As Compared To N/A Engines...!
