Uncomfortable Gli

I have a 1.6gli my ride is very uncomfotable and is very jumpy my family feel very tired after long journey and also there is a lot of noise in car.

i think the tyres are main culprit ihave dunlop FM901 unidirectional tyres and they are also very hard.

Any Suggestions

Check your suspensiones...! And noise of what...? I don't think if its cuz of tyres...!
