URGENT Advice Needed Claiming Warranty On New Car

I have a problem in my chevy joy, one of the coil covers is not working and therefor car is missing and consuming a lot of fuel, i got it checked and to my amusement was told that it would not be covered under warranty because my car had music system and anti theft device

before i call up the parent company and give them a piece of my mind i want some sane advice from fellow members in how to go around the subject

If they can deny it...They can do whatever they want and you cant change it! *sigh*

You can call up the parent company and demand a justification for not accepting the car under warranty. Moreover, get you message across and try to get ur car repaired under warranty because obviously Music System has nothing to do with missing.
