Urgent Advices Required....!!!!

Dear Fellows,

My Pioneer Panel Tape is not working, when i get it checked with one of my area car tape electrician, he said that its system IC is not working, and its hard to get a system IC or repair.

Can anyone suggest me from where can i get the system IC in KHI of this tape or any other opinion to get my tape working.
