Urgent help is needed

Hello to all, I have suzuki alto. The problem is that I over halled the car engine head and replaced all the valves, but not the head facing, because only the valves are leaking. Replace the new gastket and all the seals. The engine is running fine now. But the problem is that when the engine is cold it start is first self but when is hot its sounds like starter (self) not moving as it is stucked in. I have changed the battery and also done the service of starter but the problem is still there.

Another thing is that when trying to start the car a hissing sound is heard from the engine bay, just like air is leaking. I have chacked all the pipes and vacuume devices but no problem is found. The hissing sound persists even the engine is started. But i dont have problem is car pick or engine missing.

The mechanic is said that the hissing is due to new valves and it will disapper after sometime, is it true?

Only if the problem could be understood

A far fetched idea is that valves are geting stuck after engine attains some temprature but realy a wild guess
