Urgent help needed..honda

hey guys....urgent help needed

i have honda city 2002

its rpm needledun come up until u knock the plastic of speedometer or it comes up with a bump..

today all of a sudden the speedometer stopped working...there is a kir kir noise sumin as if the gheraris are working bt the needle do not lift at all...at one bump it liftd then again down..

secondly i tuned my car from enercon near melody 2 months back and the car was fine

few days back i tuned it from g10 enercon and the pic has gone down...vn u press the acceleraor hard..instead of rpm going up it comes down a little..then when i lift my foot a little it acclerates but not like the way it used to

today i had to floor the pedal...co of some reason.....the rpm didnt shoot like it should...rather again dropped..

car is automatic..

experts preferred....
