Urgent Help regarding CAR AC

Dear experts,,,, please help or guide me. my vitz AC sounds ghroooon grhoooon when it is swtiched on. i hav consulted toyota motors they people advised to replace compressor. but here in forum i have quoted my problem and members suggested me to replace clutch bearing of compressor. Any expert please advise is it the same. because AC sounds when it is swtiched on. switched off mode it has no sound.
