Urgent Help Required for Brake Issue

Hey Everyone
I have a strange problem with my front brakes. I changed and brakes of my car and installed the new brake disks. But when apply brakes, there comes a huge grinding noise. On rotor, I saw, there was a deep circular scratch. I visited the mechanic he told me that brake disks were broken and damaged. After resurfacing the rotor from Kharadia, the mechanic mechanic installed Hitachi Brake disks. I am still facing the same issue, same grinding noise while braking and found deep scratch again on left rotor again after 3 days. Kindly guide me to get rid of this issue.
