Urgent help required from Engine freaks
Hello all,
I have 2 issues to ask.
1)I have a Vitz n it was running amazing since a long time but accelerator started to die for a few seconds on pick up n when i release it to change gear and push back, it takes 3-4 seconds.
Sometimes even when i release the accelerator to apply brakes, it almost dies n car shakes a little (like when the accelerator is set at very low) and obviously lights dim and even da brakes become dead like when da engine is off.
Several mechanics n they all said engine k wall change karne parenge aur piston head aur fuel pump.
However 1 guy sed ye new engines me ho raha hai bcoz of bad quality unrefined petrol is being sold at almost all pumps and obviously efi engines start on petrol so fuel pump change karao n tank waghera clean n buy petrol from petrol stations where army buys from in their cant areas.I did it n he was right, da petrol wz brown in color n smelled different.But da problem is still there on both petrol n cng :s
Is this a prob in da computer thing or advancer/emulator?
2) My mehran is leakin something which smells like petrol/brake oil from a part which is made of iron, looks like da factory wala horn n it is under the coil.It has 2 tubes, 1 going in n one goin out (tho its not them who r not leaking).Wht is it??

What did the dumb *** mechanics do to reach to that conclusion? If they didn't perform a compression check then I would stay away from your "mechanics" and find a real one. Since the problem is occurring on both petrol and CNG, I'd first get the tuning checked out and then the timing, also make sure your air filter (NOT necessarily your fuel filter) is not clogged.
Second one definitely sounds like the brake master cylinder. If you dont want people to GUESS to help YOU trouble shoot, learn to take and post pictures of items in question. That will get you very far.
