Urgent plz...Produce Noices as hammm

My suzuki mehran produce noices just like hammmmmmmmm when its speed 45 and above..i've replaced front wheel (hubs) barings but the noices still here..plz guide me that how can remove this noices..thanks

i think this noise is coming from gear box, it's not from engine. check oil and hope there is no significant damage.
