Urgently Wanted Parts

Using seatbelts all these eleven years, the buckle of the driver side has some problem with the spring inside, just when the ITP is going to start imposing a fine for not wearing a belt. I'd appreciate if you could tell me some confirmed shop where I can get on from in acceptable condition; the Sultan place has pretty rotten ones. The one i need looks like this:

I don't know what's so special about the buckle itself; the people say it's different to the local one. Also, i'd appreciate an inner handle to open the front left door; the local one is bigger than my Corolla's.
