VERY URGENT HELP req from RWP/ISLMBD members

hi guys

i just got my car serviced today and when i came home i was stuned to see a nasty dent on my car body,,, i hv no idea when did it happen or may be it was the stupid service man who did it,, coz the dent seemed fresh to me,, anywas hell with the person who did it,, plz help me repair it.....

whos the best and most advanced denter/painter in rwp/islmbd who can fix this dent????plz explain in detail the location of the denter, coz i am a bit weak about diff roads.

is vacum denting the best option for me??? plz tell me where can i find it????? thanks!!!
