Vibration (bubling) at 80-100km/h

hi,
I got new tires Dunlop sp.9000 205-65-15
n since then, it happens that car vibrates btwen 80 nd 100. . . I got all wheels balanced, 1nce frm Toyota Multan n then frm D.IKHAN But it is only a little bit effective, nt cured completely,
Can anybody tell me whats wrong?
N also some good wheel balancing Place eithr in pindi Islmbd or Abbottabad.

There is an old wheel balancing place behind Chinar Motors in Abbottabad. They are quite good.

But I have a feeling that the problem may be more complex than just balancing. eg. weak suspension, deformed rims etc or even incompatible tyres. Anyways wait for the experts and specify the car you have
