Vibration in Civic EXi 2006 please help

I baought a new Civic EXi in 2006 start. On the same day I changed the tyres and rims of the car to 15 in alloy rims and Dunlop tyres.
Since the start it is having lots of vibration while driving between speed of 80-100 km/h.
I have taken it back to th Honda guys many times and they have done the wheel alignment and balancing but problem stayed the same. Then they said that it may be due to the defective rims.
So last month I changed both rims and tyres again as they front tyres were also completely worn out after only 20000 km. But even after that the problem remained the same without any kind of change.
Can it be some defect in the car or there is something really wrong with all rims.
Please guide me what should I do about it.

Now keep the rims and wheels at same place and change the car up there...Lol

Go to good wheel alignment center...While going towards RWP, after pir wadhai gol chowk, there is one towards left namely "wheel clinic".... The man there with beard is expert in Honda...he will guide you properly...Honda guys are just **** in alignment...

Cuz I was having same problem in my exi 2006 pros and he did a good job.... btw how much Km is ur car driven...
