Vitz 2005 (new shape) Tuning

I went to a mechanic on Jamsheed Road for tuning my Vitz. I bought Iridium tipped spark plugs for Rs 800 each. Is that a reasonable price?
Secondly, he took Rs 250 for tuning. He did nothing except changind the spark plugs. I asked him about the tuning and he said dat this is a modern car and doesnt need tuning. Was he right?

well u got plugs in very reasonable price must add as plugs for this variant of vitz cost 1200 1300 do check if thy r like oem 1s denso sk20 like code as they hav longer thread area then normal plugs.regarding tunning throttle body must hav been cleaned.engine oil n transmision oil change if it has not been done in due done n also fuel filter swap.all these things r usualy done whn we buy these import cars.Yet for new better map on ecu it must be reset
