Vti Prosmatec on CNG help...

Vti Prosmatec on CNG help...

I have a 2003 Vti Prosmatec on CNG, car has been totally maintained and undergone regular checkups at honda prescribed intervals at honda service centres.

Plugs are relatively fresh

Oil is fresh

Air Cleaner is new

but there is a problem with the ride. Car runs Ok as in 'guzara" hai, but there isn't any power at all! when u accelerate the car remaining in the 2nd gear accelerates slowly but suddenly (in the same gear) as if it frees itself and accerates normally (faster). I mean at first it is sloppy and then suddenly picks up.

What can be done about this?

The car has also been recently tuned by ENERCON.

help is requested from all experts

I would like to know all possible performance upgrades that cud be useful like plugs etc. as selling the car would result in a massive loss so i want to get the best possible performance outta my ride.

also when u shift from N to D the RPM pickup around a lag of half a sec which really can be felt and is very annoying, the tuning guy said nothing can be done about this.

Furthurmore here in LHR a CNG installer is offering a switch for CNG which shows a digital display and fits in smartly where the original landi renzo switch is fitted which is bigger than the space availible and looks ugly on the dash. should i go for it?

CNG and auto are not a good combination. Two of my friends have thrown CNG out of their prosmetic after facing similiar problems.

Those who say no problem, must be ready to purchase a new tranny in near future.
