Wanna boost Performance of my car;

hello fellows!

i had been driving a santro from past four years and it well suited me; i made a big mistake by buying a cng vxr cultus in feb 07; and telling u the truth i have never liked it till today in terms of its engine performance. it wont simply suit my driving style..

now ive finally decided to either sell it off or to boost its performance(not for drags,street racing) so that i can get thet pleasant feeling back which i lost a year ago.

i have a budget of Rs.5-7k at maximum and need to get rid of
1: slow acceleration
2: poor engine performance(no feeling of power at all)

now... Pk_wheelers guide me what performance upgrades should i go for. also mention brands and their prices as well.
bcuz im totally unaware of such parts details.

also tell if a turbo would work in my cultus cng n what would be consumption n performance changes.

give me an indepth guidance wheelers; i need to wake up a turtle!

also give me an estimate of my ride
9400 kms done, march o7 regestered, dark blue; no scratches, accidents,touchings etc

best route to performance is to improve your power to weight ratio.

remove all items from the interior which you do not need (like rear seats etc). you'll feel the difference in performance straight away.

Add Cold Air intake
Add 2.25" Exaust pipe and Big muffler
Add 4 tip Plugs
And Drive it on Petrol :-D
