well i have just bought a 86 toyota and i have 4afe 16V in that i wanna know that what kind of MODS i can do in that that i can smoke modified civics not trubos but modified and tell me that if i modified ma car it can beat Gtti or not help needed GUYS i wanna know abt those mods abt not more then 20000 range am asking abt normal range i dont want to put any kindaa of turbo thing help needed GUYS ...take care

what u can do is very simple.first of all headers intake and exhaust.than head port and polish,clutch etc.but still u wont be able to beat a good gtti with orginal engine.to beat that car u will need either turbo or nitrous oxide so best of luck.
and by the way safeer ustaaz knows how to make 4afes fast in fact very very fast so why the need to ask around.go straight to his workshop which u know very well.

kindly let me know if 4Afe is in Carb setup or efi, as earlier versions of 4afe are both available in carb and as well as efi ,the late version are better then both due to compression and also Known As 4afe EFI-S
