Wat is TURBO TIMER

i got mitsubishi mini pajero last year since that time i hav seen an electronic device in it which is known as turbo timer it is made by HKS japan but i did not know wats is the function of that can any one answer that what is function of that,how can i control my turbo,n wats is turbo,it is 660 cc with cng plus patrol efi.reply required urgently

A Turbo Timer(if I am not mistaken) is a timer that lets your engine run for the set time AFTER the ignition has been switched off.
Why? So that the bearings and shaft in your turbo can cool down from the engine oil that is flowing through your turbo while the engine is running, if you were to come from a ride and turn the engine off all of a sudden the heat from your exhaust manifold will transfer to your turbo and thus most probably seize the bearings in it.
