Water boiling sound in engine ...problem

today i drove this car after some weeks i noticed as i switched off engine this water boiling sound was there, i opened bonet and recorded some,,

Is this water passage blocked again, i thought i had it cleaned and new coolant added but its still there.

thermostate valve has been removed, temp gauage goes to centre in normal driving.

change the radiator cap... the spring of the radiator cap must be broken or the seal damaged and it is not holding the steam inside the radiator .......staem must be coming into the bottle and making the water boiling sound.
