Water from silencer IS it Good or bad ?

my car is driven 200 k it started giving water like that(above) appx. after 20 k kms. (usually when started from cold and revd to 2 k rpm)

well is ive heard that water from the silencer is a sign of A good engine. so is it right.

as my CARS engine has some problems but then why its giving water even now.?????

for example oil leak marks around the engine.
burns oil (cant drive more than 2000 kms)

whooosh whooosh sound LIKE air coming out from silencer when i rev the car.(is this called blow)

oil burning smell comes when revd above 3

so is this statement FALSE .

oe phaie..gaddi kaun si hai...
agr...car pani dai na petrol engine..means k...100% fit engine hai...

aur...smell..of fuel is due to....bad tuning...!
get da car tuned...!
aur widout reason accelators dainay say engine kharab hota haie...
and as u said car 200k..means 2 lacs km hou gae haiN...
which is ...da car...?
